Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Generally it takes between 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to prepare your package. If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please contact us so that we can open an investigation with our shipping partner. The investigation to locate your package may take up to two weeks. 

Returns Policy

Art Of Scent currently does not accept any returns or exchanges for any orders that have been placed due to the nature of the products we offer. All of our products are available in a small trial pack to allow customers to try our products without having to purchase in large quantity. We recommend customers to always buy a small trial pack if you are unsure of your selection.  If you would like to dispute an order please email us at [email protected]

Refund Policy

We have a number of checks in place to try and ensure the accuracy of the orders we send. If you have received an item which is different to that which you ordered please contact us immediately and we will refund you the amount to your original source and schedule a pickup from your address.

Alternatively, if you have received a damaged product please contact us immediately with the photos so we can track. Also, we will send you the replacement product immediately.

 Order Cancellation

Please note that there may be situations when we are unable to fulfill the order due to non availability of stock in said quantity. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to fulfill your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged or your bank account has been debited, the said amount will be reversed back to the original payment method.
